A Coffee with CSF is back for a special episode featuring some proper favourite recipes. We're joined by Tommaso Marrone, CEO & Founder of CSF, and Marco Zuppetta, General Manager of the prestigious Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel in Naples. We’ll be diving into the fascinating story behind the place — it was originally a disused Telecom Italia building that's been completely transformed. Today, it’s a real symbol of elegance and innovation for Neapolitan hospitality.

We couldn’t leave out a bit of culinary excellence, could we? Giancarlo Lo Giudice, the chef over at Terrazza Ramé restaurant, is showing us his amazing creation: Sculpted Squid with three types of Vesuvio tomatoes. It’s a dish that perfectly hits that sweet spot between tradition and modern Mediterranean cooking.
